Kalian
Kalian Smith was introduced to dance at a young age. Her father took tap dancing lessons and influenced her to grow up immersed in the artistic realm. She and her brother started dance and tumbling classes as soon as they could walk. It was a natural progression to pursue a career as a dance instructor when the opportunity presented itself. She is certified to teach through Dance Masters of America and eagerly shares her knowledge and expertise with fellow dance instructors. Kalian is passionate about inspiring the next generation through movement and dance. Her students enjoy her creative approach to challenge their goals and positive feedback inside her classroom. Fun facts about Kalian: she has over 600 frog collectables, she loves the color green, and fosters two German Shepherds. Kalian lives in Creston with her husband, Dwayne; she loves hanging out with her three sons and all their grandchildren.
