Haley Simmons began her journey at Spotlight as a student, and over time, it became a place that felt like a second home. What drew her to Spotlight  was the opportunity to experience both sides of the studio life. As an assistant, she worked closely with both parents and students, gaining insights into the inner workings of the studio. Her absolute favorite part of Spotlight is the annual recital. “It is a momentous occasion where I have the privilege of witnessing the growth and progress of the dancers throughout the year. There is something truly magical about seeing all their hard work and dedication come together on stage.” The recital holds a special place in Haley’s heart, particularly when she watches the toddlers perform for the very first time: from nervousness to pure excitement, it’s simply priceless. Haley enjoys reading Sarah J. Maas, watching Ted Lasso, and snacking on Goldfish crackers.
